- Successfully delivered HR global template solution to, Greece, Germany and Italy on time and below budget as key part of the HR process execution to a European shared service centre.
- Lead for the technical work stream, ensuring that all IT systems and solutions were ‘fit for purpose’ and provide optimal experience for customers, including, web HR forms, HR web portal, Open Text Document and Content Management System, SAP EIC case management and Cisco based call centre telephony.
- Organised meetings and workshops with stakeholders and HR business partners for the three countries to gathering requirements for solution and to ensure that the global template and model adhered to local employment laws and policies, for each country and were also aligned to corporate policies.
- Managed vendors including Accenture, Verizon Business, IBM, Transperfect, and Open Text, this required relationship management and ensuring that vendors delivered as required to time and budget.
- Created wire frames for the forms based on requirements and aligned to HR processes and a structure for the portal, once approved created the functional specification for the Accenture off shore developers, forms and portal were tested using the test plans and service rehearsal scenarios.

- Involved with developing and enhancing the system to provide a further functionality and improve the user interface, which involved liaising with offshore developers to ensure that any enhancements are carried out and tested thoroughly.
